Jack’s Pack Pet Care was created after the passing of our German Shepherd, Jack. He was a staple in the family ever since we adopted him as a puppy back in October of 2014. His energetic, loyal, and humorous personality had a way of bringing so much light into not just our lives, but anybody who ever met him. He was always there for us when we needed him most.

Losing him in December of 2024 was an incredibly hard hit to our family, but it also made us realize how incredible and deep the bond between people and their pets really goes, which was the inspiration for Jack’s Pack. It was built from the love and the loss of our best boy, and it helps us keep his memory alive.

Jack allowed us to understand how important it is for dogs to build trust and relationships with people. We know that they aren’t “just animals,” but that they’re family too. That is why we take the time to learn each pet individually. We strive to accommodate for their personality, needs, comfort, and most importantly, to make sure they feel safe, cared for, and happy.

Jack started all of this without ever knowing. Now, we honor him by caring for every pet the way we cared for him.

Jenifer is not just the founder of Jack’s Pack, but the heart behind it all as well. Her love for animals and her understanding of how deeply pets are part of a family is a huge inspiration to her. Since Jack’s passing, we have added wonderful new members to our pack such as Bosco and Emma Mae, who are welcoming of all that board with us!
